About this coffee

Welcome to Fazenda Passeio!

On this farm in Sul de Minas, Brazil, Adolfo Ferreira cultivates as the fourth generation of the best specialty coffees. What sets the farm apart is that it's located in relatively undisturbed countryside. This means all coffee must be hand-picked; a practice uncommon in Brazil but certainly enhancing its quality.

This natural coffee has a full body and gives an appealingly sweet espresso. You can recognize almond, raisin flavors, and a hint of milk chocolate.

We are happy to sell Adolfo's coffee, especially given his emphasis on affordability too. Where in many areas nature is under pressure, Adolfo works in partnership with the natural environment. On his 130-hectare farm, there are different areas where the forest can thrive. Additionally, workers receive fair wages, children have access to schooling and care, and there's enough attention given to training and developing their staff.
