YES! Finally another Ethiopian Filter Special. This time it's a washed variety. Super clean, sparkling in its fruityness, amazing. Roasted for filter coffee. In a V60 you create a true explosion of taste in your mouth. The sweet-tart flavors of red fruits are balanced by the slightly bitter prune note. You must have tried this!
