About this coffee
Tres Rayas is a coffee formed by volcanic soil, fresh mountain air, and the skill of dozens of small farmers in southern Tolima, Colombia. The coffee cherries are hand-picked and slowly dried on raised beds in the sun. By constant turning and careful moisture regulation, the beans maintain their lively freshness and full sweetness with notes of dried fruit, wine, and chocolate.
