About this coffee
This Pink Honey microlot comes from El Vergel Estate in the Tolima region of Colombia, where the Bayter family has been producing coffee since 1995. Carefully selected berries undergo a controlled fermentation process, resulting in a unique and complex taste. A coffee that not only impresses with its flavor but also with its story is why we reintroduced this coffee to our range.
In collaboration with Nova de Kreek, a product design student from the Rotterdam Hogeschool, the packaging design for our stand at the Amsterdam Coffee Festival was developed, where we launched this coffee.
