About this coffee
For the second time, we are extremely enthusiastic about this special coffee from farmer María Belén Díaz. Her farm Resina is an impressive plantation with unique varieties that she herself processes, such as this Papayo variety. This coffee has everything we seek: a perfect balance between sweet, fresh and florale, with full body. This special coffee you won't want to miss!
The filter coffee has notes of lychee, fig, and heliotrope flower. The espresso version comes out slightly sweeter, with touches of mango, fig, and heliotrope flower.
