About this coffee
Ethiopian coffee is often sold as a community lot: beans from hundreds to thousands of small farmers who are collectively processed at a central washing station. This Yirgacheffe, however, originates from one single producer: Girma Sentayehu. He is part of the Operation Cherry Red project, set up by Trabocca, the importer of this coffee. Expect a classic yet complex Ethiopian grown with flavor notes of berries, citrus, and a floral undertone.
