About this coffee
El Indio originates from ASOPEP, an association of over 170 coffee-producing families from Planadas, Tolima. Tolima is known as one of Colombia's most renowned coffee regions and has been supplying coffees selected for the prestigious Cup of Excellence competition for years. This naturally processed coffee is a good example of the innovation and expertise developed by El Indio producers in recent years. The result is coffee with pronounced sweetness, significant fruity complexity, and full body.
