About this coffee
Usually, we choose coffee based on what has already been harvested or processed, but this time we turned things upside down. We specified the desired taste beforehand, and Shady and Elias van Forest Coffee provided the coffee. Attaining a specific taste profile through fruit-co-fermentation is truly a science; it requires considerable research and precision. Our request for a fresh, sweet, bright, and punchy summer coffee was perfectly achieved in this way.
This special summer specialty naturally cannot be without a nice design. This time, we asked the Rotterdam duo from Studio Spass to get started on the design. The result is a playful and colorful design.
